Good evening in this hot weather.
It seems that summer is already here and this year spring was to short, like in the last few years .
With the necessity to stay home I am missing the sun light and the long walks that I usually took a few times per month.
To compensate when going to work or returning from work I try to walk a few stations and most important I pay attention to the walking form trying to keep a good posture , if on the way are some stairs is even better for exercising.
I remember the stairs from some shrine or temple that where so uphill that can be compared with one day of exercise.
When not going to work days I use the stairs from the mansion where I stay , going up and down a few floors as silent as possible.
To stay healthy I try to find small opportunities to compensate for what I can’t do like before .
Stay home and healthy and making imaginary plans for the day when we can go out with no worries .
