Making salty snacks

Hello ,I am Anca.

With the necessary #stayhome my free time becomes to long
so I started to pay attention to what I eat and I noticed
that my snacks were mostly sweet so I try to change from
sweet to salty.

 

 

 

 

 

 

I started to try to make a snack that can’t find in shops
here in Japan. In my country is easy to find but
here no chance.

The snack ” covrigei” is made from white flour + wine
+water +oil+ dry yeast+salt +very little sugar for yeast
(more simple is white flour +wine+oil+salt) .
White flour is not good for health but if is whole wheat
flour then is having good parts too.

The recipe can be customized to be sweet to.

I made 4 times from which one (3rd time) time was a
complete failure (not used to sweets baking) but on
the last try the basic recipe was a success
so from now on I can customize to my liking
(if I stick to the basics).
In this times try to do something that you are not good
at doing, even if failing keep to the basics at
small scale and try the best you can.
