Today is one more day in #stayhome times.
With not being able to go outside as much as before the body starts to feel stiff and the strength getting low.
I recommend to do small periods of stretching or muscle training in the times of CM breaks when looking at TV or between episodes when you are binging on Netflix, Amazon prime or other apps.
Balance exercises are good for inner muscles so don’t forget to mix it in the daily small exercises.
Everyone let’s do the best we can day by day and we can pass this difficult times as soon as possible.
